| The most critical part of a engine rebuild are the part quality and the proper measurement of the clearances. You would need a highly competent machine shop to do it properly. Do yourself a favor and get an engine from Kyle at IPP. Its not as easy as it looks, if you do not have the experience and proper tools to measure the clearances after the machine shop does their work, you will be at their mercy. I rebuild my engines myself, but have a local shop who even though I trust, I go over and verify that the machining is done to the specifications I need for the rebuild. Good luck. A fully assembled engine with new parts and labor should be around be $4500 to $5000. This is drop in ready.
